Our company has been in charge of the comprehensive reform of the Sant Feliu de Llobregat Town Hall building.The building, built in 1928, is witness to the architectural and historical heritage of the city. Currently, it houses a large part of the municipal offices, including the mayor's office and the plenary hall.
Voracys, as in charge of the renovation, has demonstrated commitment to the preservation of the architectural and historical heritage, maintaining the original characteristics and remaining faithful to the original state of the building.
At the same time, circulation and accessibility, as well as the citizen attention service, have been improved, offering functional and accessible solutions to citizens who use municipal offices. In addition, the project has contemplated constructive solutions compatible with the Technical Building Code, guaranteeing the safety and functionality of the building.
The renovation of this historic building is an important project for the city, as it allows it to preserve its architectural and historical heritage for future generations.
